There are only two healthy ways to do Christmas. You can stay consistent all month and enjoy a couple of days of extra food with your family. Or you can take a week to relax, indulge, switch off and enjoy every moment, knowing you’ll lose the temporary weight in the first couple of weeks of January.
Both approaches are completely fine.
What is not fine is spending November and December devouring everything because you’ve already decided you’ve “ruined it.” That behaviour destroys your confidence far more than Christmas ever could.
